Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your colorful new wardrobe, so we offer a simple 28-day return policy for any items that aren't quite right. All returns must be in their original condition, unworn and with all Kettlewell tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the return slip is included inside the parcel to help our team identify your order.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
